Chyanne Caro has been promoted to Canine Import Supervisor, reporting directly to Kiera Mejia, Director of Sales and Marketing. Chyanne joined The ARK at JFK as an animal handler and progressed through the pet shipping department, first as a pet travel coordinator; she has since undertaken additional responsibilities with a specific focus on importing dogs from high-risk rabies countries. She supervises a team of three pet travel managers.
