Founded in 2015, the firm’s principal mission is to lead through innovation and sustainability while creating a platform to cultivate and promote diverse talent in the field of architecture. Beginning with a close-knit team, OCA Architects swiftly gained recognition for its meticulous attention to detail, “thinking outside the box”, and client-centric approach. This propelled our growth, attracting diverse talents who shared the founder’s vision.

OCA Architects covers a broad spectrum of sectors, catering to both private and public sector clients. Their portfolio showcases a diverse range of projects, including collaborations with entities such as the New Jersey School Development Authority (NJSDA), New York School Construction Authority (NYSCA), Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), PSE&G, and various municipal Housing Authorities and School Districts. Most recently, OCA Architects played a significant role in the design of Newark Airport’s new Terminal A. The team developed Design and Construction Documentation for three significant packages of the $2.7B Project.

OCA is currently involved in the development of Design and Construction Documents for the new JFK Terminal 6 Project as part of the JMP/Corgan Team and is a member of the ARP/SOM Team that is charged with developing Newark Airport’s Vision Plan.
