Alice Fournier Joins ISS As CIO for the Americas

ISS A/S (ISS) has announced the appointment of Alice Fournier as Chief Information Officer, Americas. In this role, Alice will be responsible for leading the company’s deployment of IT and digital systems and solutions across its Americas region.

“The experience and energy Alice brings to ISS and to our global technology team of more than 800+ IT and digital experts will add tremendous value to our journey towards technology leadership in the facility management industry,” says Markus Sontheimer, Group Chief Information & Digital Officer.

“Alice has established herself as an innovative and influential leader with deep experience driving digital and technology strategies to promote growth outcomes,” said Susanne Jorgensen, ISS CEO, Americas. “Her passion for collaboration and proven ability to streamline complex offerings will be an asset to our people and our clients as we fulfill our purpose of connecting people and places to make the world work better.”

Alice brings to this role 20 years of experience driving transformation in organizations through technology, products, and services. Before joining ISS, she held senior leadership roles at WD-40 and Kantar, a leading analytics and market research firm, as well as with BIC and creative agencies. Alice holds a bachelor’s degree from the Université du Quebec à Montreal, as well as several professional certifications, and is fluent in English and French. The integrated facilities management service mix for ISS includes the provision of technical, food, and workplace services. The company provides these offerings across major industry segments, including technology, manufacturing, banking and professional services, life sciences, healthcare, and aviation.
